Mission Possible Award 🏆

When faced with a high-pressure situation during a critical test, two team members Aaron Maynus and Nolan Rensing, chose safety over convenience pausing work when something didn’t feel right. Their decision prevented a potential operational disruption for a customer and reinforced a culture where speaking up and doing the right thing comes first. A powerful reminder that strong safety instincts drive exceptional outcomes.
