This was an existing deck that was rotted and falling away from the house. After demo we found rot on the cedar siding that went through into the framing of the home which we repaired. Helical piers were installed to prevent future sinking of the new deck and joist tape installed to prevent rot.

Recent Cincinnati deck build from treated material. This deck build was a wheelchair accessible request and turned out beautifully. The ramp extends from the front to the back of the house with a paver pad at the base for a smooth transition to the driveway. We also cut through the brick and block and installed a new French patio door for access to the house from the deck.
