Carpenters Cove footings are poured. Foundation block is ordered, waiting on surveyor to pin the footings and we will go vertical with the crawl space.

Carpenters Cove is about to go vertical. We had a little misfortune the past few weeks but our client is on the mend, praise the Lord, and we are full speed ahead.

We had covecreekllc on site today digging our footings, along with 33 piers - yikes! You want to hear a grown man cry, make him dig 33 piers.

Inspection tomorrow, then pouring concrete in the afternoon.

Next up: we are ordering foundation materials and scheduling masons.

Stay tuned, this is going to be a fabulous build.

We're excited to announce another custom home by hooWray Homebuilders.
Our clients chose to replace an older lake home with a fresh design that better fits the way they want to enjoy lakefront living.
This 1,500 sq. ft. Modern Shed design features black board-and-batten siding, a standing seam metal roof, warm wood accents, and an open layout created for entertaining.
Every project has its challenges, and this one was no exception. The new home had to remain within the original footprint due to zoning requirements, making thoughtful planning an important part of the design process.
We're wrapping up permits now and are excited to get construction underway. We look forward to sharing the progress from groundbreaking through completion, so be sure to follow along!

✨ Coming Soon... Carpenters Cove

Every dream home starts with a vision.

Today we're excited to introduce Carpenters Cove, our newest custom home project.

Situated on a beautiful 22-acre homesite, this thoughtfully designed all-brick custom home will feature approximately 3,300 square feet of custom living space, including a vaulted great room, vaulted primary suite, custom kitchen, butler's pantry, dedicated home office, and an expansive bonus room.

The homesite has been cleared, and the foundation bench is complete.

Construction financing closes next week, with surveying and footing excavation coming soon.

We're excited to bring this home to life for a wonderful young family and look forward to sharing every step of the journey.

Fantastic, established neighborhood in the Bethlehem community of Alexander County.

Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths and a full unfinished basement set on a corner lot with a creek on one side.

Home has municipal water and sewer.

This one won’t last long.

17 Tennyson Dr. is getting concrete poured today. Driveway with a French drain installed to divert water. Front sidewalk and rear patio in front of the basement entry.

Painters finishing up this week, closets going in next week and we will be ready for a thorough cleaning and prepped for its new family.

Winter weather was not our friend; however, we are now caught up and are full steam ahead.
Plumbing, HVAC, and Electricians are wrapping up this week.
Next week we will be looking to paint, install carpet, final grade and pave the drive and sidewalks.

Then it’s wrapping up the final finishes.

Great house in a great family neighborhood in the Bethlehem community of Alexander County. Includes municipal water and sewer.

We are entering the home stretch at 17 Tennyson Dr.

Siding is on, cabinets are in, interior trim going in this week.

A little paint, a little flooring, a little lighting , and some countertops; and she will be ready. Great family neighborhood!

We are a little behind in posting but Sassyfrass Ln. is complete. As you can see, we just beat the winter weather.

This cozy mountain cottage is 900 sq ft, and encompasses two beds and two bathrooms.
The homeowners chose Urban Bronze colored Board & Batten siding with black windows and stained fiberglass exterior doors.

Inside they went with large plank, waterproof flooring and warm Ashe cabinetry. Interior paint is Toasted Pine Nut for a warm mountain cabin feel.
