Today: Inspection day in Azusa, CA
For what: Investor buyer is in escrow to purchase a single fam. home with an attached garage.
Goal: To buy, renovate and add an ADU

How I am helping: With the Purchase of the home, The renovation of the home and the permits and construction of the ADU.

Then she will rent both sides.

I will be taking video and will interview buyer throughout the process : so that you can see what she is thinking, how she is funding this and her point of view throughout the process.

We had inspection for our El Sereno 90032 new Constuction ADU. Passed all rough (electrical, plumbing, framing, hvac and structural). Next, insulation! and on the way to finishing!
