Finished our deck about a month ago just in time for the weather. Still waiting on the electrician to put in the can lighting so we can do the tongue and groove on the underside of the awning. 20 24-in sono tubes 36" deep. Concrete pad, 2 decks with framework for a hot tub and separate footings for a covered awning. Upper deck is about 60x16 with a 20 ft punch out at the end for the hot tub, lower deck is 14x24 connected into our concrete pad that's about the same size with a walkway.

This is a repair of a failed concrete foundation repair. You can see a crack in the previous resin I scraped all that off, grinded out the Gap and drilled some holes before adding new stints, epoxy and injecting a whole new round of expandable foam. Testing it tomorrow by running water outside and providing everything is sealed up it's time to put the wall back together.

Just figured I should post some interior work too.. these aren't the greatest photos because the homeowner moved all their stuff in pretty quick but this was an unfinished 1200 square foot basement that we did quite a bit of work on. Leveled the concrete due to the house settling before we put down new flooring, new drywall, texture, paint and stain grade trim and doors finished with a nice water based polyurethane
