My mother taught me two important lessons: never steal, and always leave something better than you found it—even when the mess wasn't yours.

Tonight's late-night pressure washing job is a little different. It's not for a client—it's for the rental home I'm moving out of tomorrow. Sure, I could hand it over to the property management company and let my business handle it later, but that wouldn't sit right with me.

So instead, I'm spending the evening under the stars, making sure this home is returned with the same care and respect it deserves. There's something deeply satisfying about leaving a place cleaner, brighter, and better than when you arrived.

Tomorrow I turn over the keys with pride. And moments like this remind me just how much I love what I do. 🩷
