A few weeks ago we shared the process on this deck build, but now we are excited to share the finished project!

Built around the existing pool, this project added usable space for relaxing and entertaining. We tied it into the existing deck with a bar area, added privacy walls and a smaller railing on one side to make the whole backyard feel more connected and functional.

All just in time for the start of Michigan’s beautiful summer. If this was your house, what is the first thing you’d do out there?

New pool deck build underway this week.

Getting everything set and framed in around the pool, including a built in bar top and stairs that connect the existing deck to the new deck. This one is definitely going to be a fun one come summer.

Taking spring cleaning to a whole new level - Blasted the underside of a dump truck in Lowell yesterday. Removed rust and buildup, so it’s ready for paint!

Turning empty space into usable square footage. Because good builds don’t just look better—they work better.

This garage started with almost 17’ ceilings, so we split it into two fully functional spaces instead of letting all that height go to waste.

Up top is a 7’6” loft set up for storage, woodworking, and a future paint booth. Down below still keeps 8’ of working space for the shop.

Ran electrical to both levels so everything is actually usable—not just extra space.

Took advantage of a rainy forecast and added an additional 240 sqft loft to an existing garage. Everyone always wants to expand out, but if you have the ceiling height going up can be more cost effective and a bit more fun.

Is anyone else having a hard time believing these before and after pictures are of the exact same dresser? Because wow, it looks brand new!

Tier 1 is made up of 3 sections: new construction, remodels/renovations and sandblasting. We can use this same technique on brick, metal, concrete and as shown here - wood. What’s unique about our sandblasting equipment is we are MOBILE. Our customers have the option to bring the project to us, or have us come to them!
