Five years ago we had no roadmap, no big following, and no guarantee this would work.

Just two people who loved creating and decided to bet on themselves.

There were slow seasons. Self-doubt. Projects that stretched us. Countless emails that never got answered. Long days in the Florida heat. Learning as we went.

And then there are moments like this…

A blank wall.
A high five.
A mural that now belongs to the community.

This wall isn’t just paint. It’s five years of showing up—even when no one was watching.

If you’re building something that feels impossible right now, keep going. You never know which wall becomes the one that changes everything. ❤️

You can plan every brushstroke… but you can’t always plan for a 100-year-old building. 😅

When we showed up, we found these giant bubbles forming under parts of the mural. At first glance it looks like something went terribly wrong, but this is actually one of the challenges that can come with painting older buildings.

Sometimes years of trapped moisture, old paint layers, or the wall itself have other plans.

The good news? It’s fixable—and it’s all part of creating murals that are meant to last.

Welp, Day 8 update looks a little different. Got to the wall and the sky opened up. Unexpected day off. Hopefully the rain cooperates tomorrow!

We swore we were working until 8:30pm..:: Florida weather had other plans! Hopefully we get better weather tomorrow! We can see the finish line!
