Attention valued customers. If you utilize Dumpster Bandit for residential curbside pickup in the Mantua area, starting next week your service will be on Wednesday instead of Thursday and going forward. You would have received one of these stickers on your trash cart. Thank you for supporting locally owned businesses

Attention Painsville Township customers.

As you should already know, we are no longer allowed to provide curbside service as of July 1. Please leave our containers in site and we will have them all collected by Friday July 10. We will pick them up with trash in them if necessary. Thank you for being valued customers for the past 8 years. We are sorry we are unable to service you anymore. Thank you.

Dumpster Bandit is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities include:
✅ Answering incoming phone calls
✅ Signing up new customers
✅ Assisting existing customers with service questions
✅ Processing customer payments
✅ Providing excellent customer service

We're looking for someone with great communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.

Part-time hours available. Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
