Check out this building I designed yesterday. This is a turn key project we will be building for someone. I wanted to share it with everyone. We can make it larger or smaller and make any other changes you would like.
This is an amazing 2400 square foot building. The main area is 1800 square feet and the garage area is 600 square feet. It features 2 garage doors, 17 windows and 3 walk in doors. It also has a 30' covered porch across the front of the house. This building is currently priced at less than $40,000, plus the amount of your local tax. This is for the building only. It does not include the price of concrete or finishing the interior. We do offer concrete services, spray foam insulation and full interior finishes.
Financing can sometimes be an issue. We do offer RTO with no credit check for the building. We also partner with 2 private finance companies. Both of these companies allow you to add the concrete, foam and interior finish costs into your loan.
Applying with these will not effect your credit score and you should have a decision in 10 minutes or less. I will post the links in the photos.
