Next installment of my Avon Lake lawn install- the back addition.

This area along the back property line between all of the neighbors' yards has never really had grass. At one point it was covered with myrtle & pachysandra groundcover and a section of it had landscape fabric covered in at least a decade of soil, weeds & roots.

We did this one on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and I was racing against the rain. The farmer selling the straw let me grab some and come back with cash later- totally saved the day 🥲
