We’re a well-established, commercial landscaping and snow company serving properties across southeast Michigan. We’re hiring an Office Manager to help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.
Role summary
The Office Manager owns the daily office engine of a commercial landscaping + snow business. This role ensures calls/texts/emails become scheduled work, work schedules are setup, completed work becomes billed invoices, employee records are maintained, client and vendor relationships are well-managed.

+ Scheduling and dispatch coordination
+ Billing, invoicing, and AP/AR support
+ Admin and HR coordination
+ Vendor and purchasing coordination
+ Reporting and process improvements
Qualifications
+ 3–7 years office management / operations admin (construction/landscape/service business preferred)
+ Degree preferred, but not required
+ Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus
+ Strong communication and calm triage under pressure
+ Strong writing, phone skills, and professional customer handling
+ Reliable, insanely detail-oriented, and able to prioritize under pressure
+ Proficiency with field-service software (Jobber or similar), QuickBooks Online, Excel/Sheets
+ High follow-through, systems mindset, and comfort enforcing processes
+ Valid driver’s license; ability to occasionally visit job sites for admin coordination
+ Must pass background and drug test
