What’s the hardest part of running a small business??

One of the hardest things for me especially since I’m in school full time and working another job 20 hours per week is the weather. When the sun is shining I have no problem getting stuff done but when it pours rain 3 days of the week it can be a challenge for sure. But hey I’m not gonna complain about the rain too much, without it we wouldn’t have anything to cut 😆

I have a gravely pro turn 152, a husqvarna residential mower as backup and a push mower for the harder to reach places.

I hear so many folks talk about the spring rush in lawn care, but I think we have a second rush in August for some reason. Maybe it gets so hot the 20 dollar guys stops showing but either way it gives an opportunity to make sure the schedule stays full!
