Beining Nursery & Landscaping is a retail nursery that carries a full line of trees, shrubs, evergreens, perennials, annual flowers, vegetable plants and other supplies for the home gardener and a landscape company providing design, installation and maintenance services to northwest Ohio homeowners for over 30 years.

We are seeking several friendly, energetic, full or part-time associates to join us at our 7+ acre nursery 4 miles north of Ottoville, Ohio

Our most successful team members can think on their feet, manage their own time and enjoy being challenged by a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Positions available:
• Retail sales and customer service
• Plant care including watering, maintenance of nursery plants and assisting with production
• Residential landscape installation and maintenance

We know spring isn't here yet, but this weather sure makes us excited for it!!

Out in the polyhouse, the lilacs are full of buds. Most lilac buds are deep purple, but one group stands out with bright, melon green color. This is Miss Ellen Willmott, our white-blooming lilac. It's stunning in bloom, but here's just something special to observe this time of year.

Also, whenever you're ready to get started, seed packets have arrived!

Our current hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Our last winter project is wrapped up! You may be interested to know we put these blankets on in the winter not to keep the plants warm, but to keep them cold.

If you're in need of last-minute gifts, we sell gift certificates! They are good for plants, hardgoods like mulch, store products, and any landscape work we do!

We are open our regular hours 9AM to 5PM today and tomorrow, Christmas Eve. We are closed on Christmas. After the holidays, please call ahead to make sure we are here to help you.

We are very thankful to have another big fall project at the nursery done before Thanksgiving! Tom and the guys finished putting the tree beds back together this week. We hope you all have a safe and happy Thanksgiving. We are open till dark tonight, closed Thanksgiving day, open Friday 9am-dark and Saturday 9am-4pm.

We have been busy getting our polyhouses ready for winter this week. This is a process that not a lot of our customers tend to see, so we thought we'd share a few pictures of covering and strapping houses. We are very thankful to have this project done before Thanksgiving again this year!
