It’s truly heartbreaking to hear about this tragic incident, and my deepest condolences go out to the families, friends, and colleagues of those affected.

Everyone please be careful out there and remember the critical role safety plays in our industry. We must remain vigilant, learn from incidents like this, and continuously reinforce the protocols that keep us safe. By fostering awareness, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to each other’s well-being, we can strengthen our safety culture.

LEP(Leading Edge Protection),
A simple and effective solution!

This is a light film called 3M Tape. Application is simple, lightly sand area, apply some glue/soapy water, roll up or down, round off corners.

LEP is great for up and coming TL’s(Team Lead’s) and will definitely improve the teams rigging,LOTO(Lock Out Tagout),basket/platform comfortably, and working at heights confidently.

If you are a new technician, we highly encourage requesting this work to get an understanding of Blade Repairs 👨‍🔧!
