Hi everyone, we wanted to share our company's principles/services since we always hear horror stories/complaints from new customers dealing with previous companies.
These are the principles/services the owner of Draft HVAC & Plumbing lives by and strives to provide to every customer:
â˘An emergency is an emergency. If you have water spraying everywhere, water backing up, no hot water, or your furnace quit working; CALL US! If we are available, we will always help!
â˘Mistakes and the unexpected happen. If we make a mistake or something arrises after we leave your home, we will not charge you twice to fix it. Every situation is different and we learn something new every day.
â˘When we tell you a time, we get there at that time or sooner.
â˘We take cash, check, or credit card so that our customers don't have to inconvenience themselves and run to an ATM. There isn't any hiding from Uncle Sam; so we take more than cash.
â˘When we tell you a price, we stick to that price.
â˘Not every job is the perfect, cleanest, most comfortable, big pay-out/profitable job...but every job is a job and every customer deserves fair business so we will never over-charge to compensate.
â˘When you need a quote, the quote is provided at the time the technician is at your residence and not weeks later.
â˘We clean up after ourselves and wear boot covers so that the customer has no unnecessary work after we leave.
â˘If we are booked and can not take any more customers, we never over-schedule so that our current customers' appointments are not pushed back. We would rather provide timely service than to inconvenience a scheduled customer over a potential customer.
â˘While it is sometimes hard to say, we always state what the customer NEEDS to hear when it comes to their safety and well-being. We will never skim by to please you when your safety and wallet are at stake.
