Happy Friday! It’s been a little while since we’ve shared everything we’ve been working on here at Timber Country Contractors, so we thought it was time for an update!

Our most recent project is a full remodel and addition to a home in Dalton Gardens, Idaho, originally built in the 1960s. We’re bringing new life to this property and transforming it for the next generation!

Stay tuned, because this week we’ll be catching you up on the entire process and bringing you along to where the project stands today. From demolition and foundation work to framing and electrical, there’s been a lot happening, and we’re excited to share it all!

Another update from the Spokane River project in Post Falls! 🌲🏡

The framing continues to come together, and this custom home is really starting to show its character. Every new detail brings the vision a little closer to reality, and we’re loving watching this one take shape in such an incredible setting.

A big shoutout to Harris Framing Co. for the quality workmanship going into the framing of this home, and to Rainey Design Group for the excellent design behind it. It takes a great team to turn a vision into reality, and we’re excited to see it all coming together

Our hearts are heavy as we watch these devastating fires impact families, businesses, and communities across our region.

Today, we’re especially lifting up our neighbors in Spokane, the brave firefighters and first responders, and everyone working tirelessly to protect lives and homes.

We are actively praying for safety, strength, wisdom for those on the front lines, comfort for those who have been displaced, and protection over every community in the path of these fires.

This off-grid cabin in North Idaho was built in a challenging location with no existing utilities, but our crew embraced it from day one. From the solar power system and 2,500-gallon cistern to the cozy wood-stove heat, every detail was designed to make mountain living comfortable and self-sufficient.

We’re incredibly grateful for the trust our clients put in us and proud of the team that brought this project to life.

From the ground up to fully off grid!

-Pine ceilings, red fir walls, custom cabinets, and concrete countertops.

-Corten steel roofing that will naturally rust into a perfect rustic finish.

-A full solar power system with roof and ground panels feeding into a lithium battery bank that powers the entire cabin.

-Wood stove heat, cistern water system, and 360° mountain views above Harrison, Idaho.
