Tony’s Tip of the Week!

Your A/C has been putting in some serious work this summer. A few simple things can help keep it running strong through the rest of the heat:

1. Check your filter.
A dirty filter restricts airflow, makes your system work harder, and can drive up energy costs.

2. Give your outdoor unit some breathing room.
Keep grass, weeds, leaves, and other debris about 2–3 feet away so your condenser can move air properly.

3. Set it smart.
Cranking the thermostat way down won’t cool your house any faster. Find a comfortable setting and let your system do its job.

Little things can make a big difference when it comes to efficiency, comfort, and the life of your HVAC system.

Finished up the gas furnace replacement and air conditioner add on yesterday.

Some photos of today’s furnace replacement and air conditioning add on. Will finish up tomorrow and post more photos. It’s a good thing we replaced the furnace because all four heat exchangers in the furnace had cracks on both sides of each one.
