Prototyping bass pickup covers... this is prototype number 2, cut out of 1/8” basswood using the Glowforge laser cutter. These will perfectly fit the Nordstrand Audio soapbar pickups we love to use in our custom bass guitars.

Selling my mid-00's Vox AC30 Custom Classic (CC2). It has recently been re-tubed and completely gone through by Northwest Organ, the local Vox Authorized Service Center. It works well, sounds fantastic and I've got it priced to sell. Willing to consider offers including partial trade for smaller tube amps, guitars, effects, etc.

Currently selling a DIY project of mine... it's a clone of a Matchless Spitfire 15 using vintage min-'60s Hammond organ amp chassis/transformers/speaker (ribbed cone, made by Rola/Celestion) combined with all new component parts for the custom turret board, jacks, pots, pilot light, etc.

Cabinet is made of pine with a poplar valance, and the cab has been stained red. Brown leather handle, rubber feet, etc.

This is not a production product, and though it does work (I can supply a video shot on my iPhone), it's a one off, and carries no warranty.

This is a homebrew clone very similar to a Matchless Spitfire. It uses a Hammond AO-43 amplifier chassis/transformers/Rola (Celestion?) AlNiCo speaker all salvaged from a mid-'60s Hammond L-100 series organ, with an all new eyelet board wired up with new resistors/capacitors, new pilot light/pots...

Interesting article on Reverb about the cost associated with building a guitar. And the prices in their graph are *manufacturing cost*, not selling price. They actually indicate that markup on manufacturing cost should be near to 5x, which blows my mind. I'm nowhere *near* that, and still some people complain upon receiving a quote for a complete and fully custom guitar, indicating that I must be overcharging because they "can get the parts through Warmoth for $1200,"...

“No one in the industry is going to give you their cost-plus pricing,” said everyone in the industry. But someone did.
