The last inspection of the year.

And a huge thank you to everyone who supported us in 2024.

We were able inspect 456 homes this years.
That doesn’t include all the additional radon tests, sewer scopes, air test, and water samples we performed.

Being a start up family business in 2021 our growth to this point has been down to the referrals of the agents that recommend us.

Do you see it?

That’s right second roof vent on the right!!!

This 3 year old home has had the opportunity to have a minimum of 3 third party inspections since completion!

Don’t trust the builders inspection? Or the builders 12 month warranty inspection?
Now don’t get me wrong they are d decent job most of the time. And most builders up here are happy to get the work completed. But they aren’t going to spend the time we do on 1 property.

Whether it be a purchase inspection, 11 month warranty, or an annual check up inspection, it really is important to keep on top of your home condition.

If no one got up on this roof before the snow and rain really started a simple fix could have ended up costing thousands in water damage repairs.

With thermal imaging in all inspections, we’re able to find unseen issues such as water intrusion, missing or water damaged insulation, plumbing leak, and damaged HVAC ducting!

One of the most common issues we find in residential inspections.
Toilet roll position, it goes against stated manufacturer specifications in its original design.
The toilet roll was designed to fall forward and not to the rear.
