Here are before and after photos of a shed this customer wanted to bring back to life. We also closed in the lean-to for a garage we built last year on the same property.

This roof had no existing ventilation, which led to trapped moisture, wet insulation, and extensive plywood rot. We removed all damaged roof decking and saturated insulation before installing 2x3 sleepers across the roof to create a proper ventilation air channel. New plywood sheathing was then installed, followed by a complete new shingle roof and a vented ridge cap system to provide continuous airflow. The finished roof now has the proper ventilation needed to help prevent future moisture damage and extend the life of the roofing system.
