Duncan Design LLC Duncan Design is an Aggie-owned custom home residential design firm in the Brazos Valley. I have been a designer since 2000.

Today I design residential homes for custom builders and clients in the Bryan/College Station area. The designs range from small weekend homes for Texas A&M Aggie Football to 8,000 square feet (heated) residences built out of town. It has always been fun to see where a preliminary design or idea ends up in the final build as I walk through the house at the end of the project. Since residential hou

New remodel project of an older house on the horizon. I am excited. It is in an area I used to live in when I was attending Texas A&M in the 90's. ADUs (Additional Dwelling Units) have become a very popular way of adding Pool Houses or just a Mother-In-Law Suite to a location without having the Main House affected by renovations.
This is just one example where a pool bathroom and a dwelling area have been combined to benefit a family.

This one reminded me of the Coastal Homes I visited in Florida many years ago with this back porch.
The Kitchen Island might look slightly different but I have seen this built in a house my father-in-law designed. It had excellent storage and great meal prep space.
