Overview
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our field operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with landscape installations, bed clean‑ups, mulching, planting, and general labor tasks
* Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently
* Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and supplies
* Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
* Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Operations Managers
* Support sod installation, grading, and other enhancement projects
* Perform routine equipment and tool care
* Represent the company with professionalism on every job site
Requirements
* Reliable transportation to and from the shop
* Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
* Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
* Previous landscape or construction experience
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
