Did you know spacing plants properly can actually save you money long-term?

One of the biggest mistakes in landscaping is planting everything too tightly just to make a bed look “full” immediately.

Over time, overcrowded plants:

This is the Peggy Martin rose,and it’s one we recommend to clients all the time.

Partly because it’s beautiful…

but mostly because it’s *tough in a way most plants just aren’t.*

After Hurricane Katrina, when entire neighborhoods were underwater…

this rose was one of the only plants found still thriving.

No irrigation.

No maintenance.

Completely flooded... and it *survived.*

And honestly… that tells you everything you need to know.

Because when we’re choosing plants for a yard, we’re not just thinking about how it looks on install day.

We’re thinking about how it’s going to hold up over time.

Heat. Weather swings. Real life.
