Meet the Team | Jaime Hernandez

With more than 22 years in the construction industry, Jaime Hernandez brings experience from both sides of the table, working as a general contractor and later in construction management and owner representation.

Jaime began his career as a project engineer and worked his way into project management before moving to owner representation. That experience gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to keep a project moving from design and permitting through construction and completion.

Throughout his career, Jaime has worked across a wide range of projects including retail, municipal, automotive, schools, higher education, places of worship, airport facilities, and industrial projects. His goal is simple: make the process as painless as possible for the owner while keeping communication, collaboration, and the owner's vision at the center of the project.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science, Jaime was a member of the Corps of Cadets and the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. He also served 10 years in the Army National Guard, including deployments to Iraq in 2005 and 2009.

Outside of Range Construction, Jaime enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, twin daughters, family, and friends.

Range Construction Services is proud to announce the completion of the new Waco Hyundai dealership in Waco, Texas.

This ground up project included a 43,612 square foot dealership facility situated on a 12 acre site, designed to provide customers and staff with a modern, efficient, and welcoming automotive experience.

From an empty site to a fully operational dealership, this project showcases what can be accomplished through teamwork, communication, and a shared commitment to excellence.

This project is a testament to the dedication and collaboration of everyone involved. Special thanks to LOMA Architecture, SPD Construction, Well Group for the furniture package, Reeder Distributors for the shop equipment, and the entire project team whose hard work and expertise helped bring this dealership to life.

The transformation is underway at Sherman Chevy Quick L**e in Sherman, Texas!

This 7,538-square-foot remodel is converting an older pre-engineered metal building into a Chevrolet image-compliant Quick L**e facility built for growth and efficiency.

Underground rough-ins for new restrooms and in-ground shop equipment are already in progress, along with site grading for additional parking and storage. Foundations for the new service drive and oil storage area are coming soon, with framing expected to begin as this modernized space continues taking shape for employees and customers alike.

We’re excited to kick off a new remodel project for the Sherman Chevrolet dealership.

This project transforms an existing pre-engineered metal building into a modern Quick L**e facility designed to better serve customers and support dealership operations. The current 6,000-square-foot building will be expanded by more than 1,500 square feet, including a new service drive and rear storage tank area.

While navigating the Special Use Permit and Building Permit process with the City of Sherman required time and coordination, we’re proud to now be officially underway.

The completed facility will feature nine in-ground lifts, significantly increasing service capacity and helping relieve pressure on the existing shop.

Design is led by LOMA Architecture out of Houston, with construction by The Charles Morgan Group of Rockwall.

We’re grateful for the continued trust of our repeat clients and look forward to delivering another successful project together.

Progress continues at Toyota of Boerne.

Following the successful completion of Phase 1, construction is now moving forward on the next phase of this dealership expansion. This stage includes the addition of the Parts area and remodel of the existing shop.

With a carefully planned phased construction approach, the dealership operations remain fully functional while work progresses on site. This allows daily service and sales activities to continue with minimal disruption while the expansion moves forward.

More updates to come as the project continues to take shape.
