Well, we've been busy the last three and a half weeks. This is a fully insulated 30x35x9 garage with three 8x12 garage doors; the top two are pull-through. It then connects to a 25x30x9 that has a beautiful 25 x 9 front porch with a turkey tail truss to give it that “LOOK”. Once the electrical work is run, we will return to close in the porch ceiling. The entire inside of the 25x30 will be spray foamed and it is also going to have metal on the ceiling! The last part of the structure is a 25x24 carport/outdoor kitchen! Once the concrete is placed , we will return to frame up the interior and wrap the two scissor trusses inside to make them look like old beams! We look forward to tackling the second part of this project down the road and showing you the final product when it's all done; we're going to call this phase one. We enjoyed collaborating with Durham Construction on this and look forward to what we have coming down the line. Shout out to Billy Durham, Danny Johnson on the plumbing job - top-notch work! Matthew Hook with Hooked on Land Management and Mr. Campbell for the fine grading job! The guys at Locklear Concrete Finishing INC. Ed Smith Lumber for the always top-quality materials and customer service. Last but definitely not least, the stars of the show, Mr. Cody Brown, Calibogue Construction LLC, and Mr. Kaleb Kaiser - these fellas keep the train on the tracks! So please feel free to give me a shout or send me a message in Messenger and let's talk about a pole barn, tractor shed, or a barndominium-style home; like and share God bless!!!!!

Gave this one right here a facelift, added two new decks, and replaced some hardy board that was damaged, and then slapped two brand new doors in this house! It has since had a fresh coat of paint put on the entire home, and now it is renter-ready. If you have a deck that is in bad shape and needs replacing or is in need of some repair, please reach out to us so I can come take a look and see what you have. Also, we have recently expanded the work that we do and are filling slots for pole barns, canopies, parking structures, and more. Don’t forget, we have an architect and an engineer on standby to discuss your barndominium needs as well. To discuss any of your future projects, please feel free to message this page or, if you have my number, reach out directly, and we can get you penciled in and bring projects to life! Please like and share this post, as always. Shout out to Cody Calibogue Construction LLC, Mr. Kaleb Kaiser; these two fellas are rock stars! As always, huge shoutout to Ed Smith Lumber for always delivering quality materials!

It's been a while since I posted; we have been busy! This was an existing screen porch patio and roof; it was cluttered up with framing every 2 feet! We took down all that and opened it up with some 8x8 poles and a few laminated beams. The vinyl guys will be replacing the old soffit and wrapping the beam with metal for the final look. The ceiling was unfinished, so we dressed it up with some 5/8 T111 and trimmed it out. There will be a future swimming pool where I'm standing. This is also part two of the beautiful deck job we did. We're gonna start some barns soon and can't wait to show y'all the end product. If you are looking for a pole barn or a barndo-style home, let me know. I have an architect on standby to draw your dreams into a reality. If you are interested in any of our services, please text me; my number is on the main page, but the best way is to shoot me a message. I will add a button to make it easy on you! We look forward to hearing from you. Have a great day. 🙂 Ed Smith Lumber for the great materials and Cody at Calibogue Construction LLC and Kaleb

We tackled one that was in desperate need of some love a few weeks back. It had a tree stump in the middle of it and was just on its last leg. We stepped in and did what we do 😉. The fellas at this triplex are USC students and now have a place to hang out. Here's a nice little sunroom addition we're working on in Winnsboro, South Carolina! This is a 14 x 20 with a 6/12 pitch roof. It's going to have two double windows on the bottom and it's also going to have two custom triangular windows at the peak, one personnel door on the left side, and one double sliding door on the right. This is one of the home additions we're doing; the other two we posted a while back are in the final stages of completion. As soon as they're done, I'll post pictures of those as well. So, if you're expanding your family or just need more room in your home shoot me a message or give me a call. Let's discuss your project. My guys paired with the Durham construction guys know how to bring it all together. Special thanks to Cody Calibogue Construction LLC and Kaleb Kaiser, Billy Durham, and as always, special thanks to Ed Smith Lumber for supplying top-notch materials!

This is the hunting cabin we finished the inside of a few weeks back! They loved our work so much that we went back and built them this awesome 8x16 deck with cattle guard railing. I told them I would see them again because a lean-to roof is next, just you watch! What a great place to hang out with your family and friends after an outdoor adventure, have a nice meal, or kick back with a cold brew! Be sure to text me or message me about your deck projects so we can get you on the books; springtime is coming, and let's get you ready for good times ahead. Please like and share this post, and we appreciate everyone's constant support! Shout out to Ed Smith Lumber for the awesome materials.

These customers already had a similar structure built like this before, but decided it was time for another one. This is a 9x20x9 canopy shed with a 36-inch drop wall to shield the vehicle from sun exposure and blowing rain! If this is something you're interested in, please let me know. Call or message to set up a meeting and discuss your carport needs. Let's get those cars, boats, and tractors protected properly - yall have worked too hard to just let the weather ruin your toys! Speacial thanks to Cody@Calibogue Construction LLC and Kaleb and Ed Smith Lumber for the best materials!

One of our latest customers had us convert a premade storage building they purchased into an awesome hunting camp! Of course, we could have built this from scratch, but since we already had the shell, we just framed it up and then let the plumbers and electrician do their thing! We came back after the insulation was installed and finished it out with T111 and then trim. In the 16 x 40 space, we were able to put two 12 x 12 bedrooms, two 4‘ x 4‘ closets, a bathroom, and a 16 x 20 living room/kitchen area. We think it turned out really good and hope everybody likes it. This would be a great idea for a she shed, a man cave, or a place out at your hunting property just to get away on the weekends.
