We are in the middle of a full trim out and this is when things start to look good. On stairs with an open stringer such as these, I think the little return detail is a must. It elevates the look. Simple details matter!

You’d be amazed on what you find during remodels. We replaced all exterior doors on this one and found roof shingles for shims under the sills, maybe that’s how the old timers did it back in the day?

We had the pleasure of working with a fellow Marine Corps family rebuilding a back deck, new front steps and decking leading up to the door. We took the opportunity to give them a nice seating area out front to enjoy that cup of morning coffee or evening weather. This was our first time using cable railing and it looks sharp🔥 Your Vision. Follow along with me as I make this the perfect job trailer. The intent is to store all my tools and supplies for maximum efficiency on site. For this portion, I’m using 3/4” rigid foam which has about an R4 value. This should help a little with the super hot ceiling. For the lights, I’m using 8 watt LEDs wired in sequence to a switch. All this will be powered by a 12v battery and solar system which I’ll show in future videos.

Will do anything for Monster and Doritos. Seriously though, this barn is going to be sweet. Stripped the old metal and sheeted it with the good stuff! Got some proper fascia up and added frieze blocks. Gonna keep it going so keep up. Had some good help getting it done in between the down pours💪🏻
