This project had a little bit of everything—and we made sure every detail was done correctly from the ground up.

✔️ Removed improperly installed laminate & tile
✔️ Sheeted the subfloor for a solid foundation
✔️ Installed new LVP flooring throughout
✔️ Added transition strips for a seamless hallway flow
✔️ Updated baseboards & door trim for a clean finish
✔️ Swapped pedestal sink for a modern floating vanity
✔️ Installed new tub & shower surround
✔️ Upgraded shower plumbing

Another bathroom remodel in the books.

We freshened this one up from the floor up —
– Replaced the baseboard trim
– Pulled out the linoleum and installed laminate flooring
– Took out a rotten subfloor and fixed it the right way
– Replaced a bad floor joist and reinforced the others
– Installed a new toilet
– Swapped the old vanity for a marble upgrade

Not just a surface update, we made sure everything underneath was solid too.

This one was a full gut.

Took it down to the floor joists, reinforced everything, added a brand new subfloor and flooring — basically rebuilt it from the ground up.

Upgraded the single vanity to a double (because sharing space shouldn’t feel cramped), added a new tile backsplash, new tub and surround, fresh drywall in the shower, updated trim, can lights, and a new exhaust fan.
