Ask the Expert: When should I schedule a furnace tune-up?
The best time is before your furnace has to work its hardest.

A fall tune-up gives your system a chance to be checked, cleaned, and tested before colder weather settles in. It can also help catch small issues before they turn into bigger problems on a night when you really need the heat.

If you haven’t had your furnace checked yet this season, now is a good time to get it on the schedule.

A little maintenance now can help keep things running more smoothly all winter.

Fall is a good time to give your plumbing a quick once-over. 🍂💧

Before colder weather settles in, take a few minutes to check a few things around the house:
• Disconnect outdoor hoses
• Check exposed pipes for leaks or damage
• Test your sump pump
• Look for slow drains or recurring clogs
• Check your water heater for leaks, unusual noises, or inconsistent hot water
• Know where your main water shutoff is

A little maintenance now can help prevent bigger headaches later.

If something doesn’t look right, our plumbing team is here to help.

The first cold nights are coming. Is your furnace ready? 🍂

Ohio temperatures are expected to dip into the 30s and low 40s this weekend, which means a lot of us will be reaching for the thermostat for the first time this season.

Don’t wait until that first chilly night to find out your heat isn’t working like it should.
Before the cold settles in:
• Turn your heat on and make sure it starts normally
• Listen for unusual noises
• Check your filter
• Pay attention to any strange smells that linger
• Schedule fall maintenance if you haven’t already

A little attention now can help catch problems before you really need the heat.

Our HVAC teams are here to help get your system ready for the season ahead.
