Since 2004 Steve Wernert (President/CEO) has been doing landscaping and mowing around Columbus Ohio. I have always dreamed of owning a business and in the Spring of 2008 my dreams came true; Wernert Lawncare LLC became official. For the past several years Wernert Lawncare is growing due to the outpouring support and refferals from our customers. The service we provide are as follows:

Sidwalk crews

Employees:
Looking for employees to run our equipment! We are also looking for sidewalk helpers to assist our sidewalk crews with running snowrators, applying calcium to walks and light shoveling.

Labor Day is beginning of aeration and overseeding season! Lawn aeration helps thicken the root system and allows air into the soil and prevents soil compaction!
Lawn aeration should be done yearly or every other year for best results.

Overseeding helps introduce new seedlings to the lawn from wear and tear on the lawn or from summer stress.

We are going to try to resume fertilizer services asap but yes we are delayed.

🚨With this amount of rain, we also anticipate crabgrass and w**ds to become popular in lawns. Any residual crabgrass preventer and w**d control herbicide has for sure been used up with the amount of rain this summer. We will be treating those items as well as applying fertilizer during this round 4 treatment. 🚨

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fertilizer Technician to help maintain healthy lawns, landscapes, and outdoor spaces. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments according to company standards
Operate application equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect lawns and identify treatment needs
Maintain accurate service records
Follow all safety and environmental regulations
Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or fertilizer application preferred
State applicator license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Got a call yesterday that the downspout line was clogged that is tied into the sump pump line. We used our camera, located the problem, pulled out the roots and had the line working properly even on a holiday. Coming back in a few weeks to replace the line as it is damaged.
Side note: house is only 5 years old.
