Roofing is our livelihood. There are a lot of good contractors out here who work hard every day to provide for their families.

Unfortunately, there are also people out there who will take advantage of homeowners the first chance they get.

Do your research. Make sure whoever you choose is legitimate. Anybody can call themselves a roofer, but not everybody is a reputable contractor. If you don’t personally know them, take the time to verify their company, reputation, and track record.

Honestly, there are enough good people in this town that most homeowners should be able to find someone they know, or someone they trust through a friend or family member.

At the end of the day, I have a family to feed, but I also know that every homeowner I help is one less homeowner who gets taken advantage of. I’d imagine a lot of the good contractors on here feel the same way.

🚨 Got busy and missed a few posts, but we finally got both of these roofs installed last week.🚨

Both claims were only partially approved at first—they tried to pay for just half the roof… literally.

Lately, we’ve been running into that more often. That’s why it’s so important to have someone you trust in your corner—someone who’s looking out for your best interest.

Both homeowners could have settled for what they were given, but they knew it wasn’t right. We had already sat down, reviewed the photos, and went over all the damage together, so they fully understood what was going on with their roofs. From there, we pushed forward and fought for what they deserved.

I’m grateful to both of them for the opportunity and for trusting me through the process—even when things got a little tougher.

The truth is, when you understand what’s happening, it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. You just take it one step at a time—and that’s where we come in. We’re with you every step of the way.

The only step you take alone is calling me! After that, I’ve got you!

Most people assume a brand new home means zero problems…

This $1.8 MILLION house says otherwise.

Missing chimney cap.
Missing counter flashing.
Shingles not even nailed down properly.

All on a brand new build.

This is exactly why I tell people — don’t assume it’s okay… KNOW it’s okay.

I’m not here to sell you a roof.

I’m here to catch the things that get missed before they turn into expensive problems.

I'm trying to change opinions on roofers.. You NEED a roofer you can trust. One that's not going to try to sell you a roof everytime they get up there.. You NEED documentation! That's the main thing!
