Favorite type of work and why?
So far it’s been a ton of deck work with conduit rough‑in, tie wire, chairing all of it. I’m having an absolute blast climbing around the rebar decks in the tank room. When my foreman hands me the drafts and tells me to go redline the deck I just roughed in, I feel like a straight-up badass!

What’s your favorite Jobsite and why?
ONE Beverly my first and only job site!
Watching this project being built from the ground up is absolutely fascinating! I’m shoulder to shoulder with Rod busters, Riggers and Concrete masons. They are my Brothers and I am their Sister! We are building this thing together and I’m stoked to be in the thick of it with them. Also I don’t mean to brag but, we have air conditioned porta johns !

Any tradeswomen who inspire you and why?
Oh Man…so many. The Sisters I’ve met on this journey to becoming an electrician are straight up badasses. I’m not even gonna start naming names y’all know who you are. From the leaders paving the way to my CW sisters grinding right beside me. This Sisterhood hits different and I’m proud to be a part of it!
Any advice for future Tradeswomen?
Don’t sleep on it! Jump in! Get involved. Show up & show out. Crack jokes. Have fun. Kick ass. Stay safe. Impress yourself. Conquer something you didn’t think you could do then stand there and say, “Damn I did that”. Enjoy the adventure. Keep the stoke high. Look out for your Brothers and Sisters. Build a phenomenal future!

Ask lots of questions. Even if you know the answer. You want to get as many perspectives as you can about anything. It has helped me expand my understanding and helps with tunnel vision.
