Jokes aside we’ve come a long way from this point but does also feel like it will never be finished. 🫠

Want to open up your floor plan? Here’s what it actually takes!

We just finished installing two LVL beams, and this space is already looking completely different!

So why are these beams so important? They help carry the weight that the walls were supporting, allowing us to create a more open layout while keeping everything structurally sound.

It’s one of those steps you won’t really notice when the renovation is finished, but it’s what makes the whole transformation possible!

More progress coming soon!

Dropping off some sweet treats for the boys on the job site! 🍩

Also, loving my Women's Safety Shoes & Work Boots boots! Not only are they cute, but they’re super comfortable and perfect for the job site with their built-in steel toe. Cute and practical, just how I like it!

I literally JUST had it.

Two pallets, one kitchen, and a whole lot of transformation coming soon!

POV: The framing crew said they just need “one more thing” for the job site… so here I am casually picking up (2) 26-foot LVL beams like it’s a Target curbside order.
