Today was a long day full of duct cleanings that were scheduled throughout the last couple of months. Thank you to our patient customers who waited for our duct cleaning schedule to open up! It was a very busy summer that didnt allow much time for this service. But this is a service we also take pride in! We take the time to do it right! We dont just come in and blow dust around and leave, we take time and make sure your ducts are clean. There are not many companies that offer this service around here, so we are proud to be one that does!

It goes with out saying, but it has been HOT this week! The heat and humidity has been extreme, and there are 4th of July parades and festivities being canceled, for good reason. Please remeber to stay hydrated, drink water and electrolytes while out and about this holiday weekend! Check on elderly and your pets, make sure they are staying cool and hydrated.
We have been taking every call, working around the clock and putting in very long hours, we are making it to just about everyone. We are experiencing an extremely heavy work load, and putting things in order and priority. We want to thank everyone for their patience this week, and if we have not got to you yet, we will. Hope everyone has a great holiday! Stay safe, cool and hydrated!

Working past midnight is not our favorite thing to do. But when your customer's Air BNB goes down, and they need a new system but they have a booked schedule....you do what you gotta do. We have many customers with Air BNB rental properties, and we take your schedule seriously. When a job has to get done in one day, we do our best to make it happen.

Good morning everyone! This is Nick. I want everyone to welcome Alica to our team. Alica is our new dispatcher. After years of me using my personal cell phone to run the business, it has become too much to keep up with. And honestly, its been like that for a while now. We have felt that, and customers have felt that. So, it was time to pass that torch onto someone else and let someone else handle the phone calls, in an effort to make our customer service what it needs to be. When you call in or text us, you will get an answer or a returned phone call very quick! We still have the same phone number, but It is no longer my personal cell number. It is a dedicated line for Ardent Air. I understand there will be some people that love this idea, and also some people that will hate this idea as people are use to dealing and talking with me. But it needed to happen and it is going to be much more efficient and productive for us while also being much better for our customers and future customers! Thank you all, have an awesome day! Call or text us at (440)813-7745 for all your heating and cooling needs

Out with the old, in with the new as we are replacing a couple of large 7.5 ton split systems and getting this place back on line for the next heat wave. These old systems have been in poor shape for quite some time, and honestly they were not installed with pride to begin with. So we are cleaning them up and making them right in the process!

One of the more interesting ones Ive had to do. But we installed an AC system on a pellet furnace today. Its the only central heating system they had and they wanted AC put on it. I punched the numbers, figured out the blower and duct system air flow capabilities, and made a plan on making up a new control circuit and agreed to do it.

✅️ Clearances met
✅️ CFM requirements met
✅️ Replaced and adapted the control system to allow for AC on a seperate control circuit.
✅️ ICE cold air blowing in the house and removing humidity.
