Duties

Perform water damage restoration and mold remediation tasks
Clean and restore damaged properties to their pre-loss condition
Use hand tools and power tools to remove debris, extract water, and demolish damaged structures
Conduct carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning as needed
Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete restoration projects
Document work performed, including photographs, and usage of software
Requirements

Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, and asbestos abatement is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction and restoration work.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges that arise during projects.
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as required by the job duties.
