Romeo was in the house for a week when This photo was taken.
Romeo was by himself a lot, but he was around bigger dogs too.
When he came to my house we had 2 chihuahuas.
He was clearly overwhelmed.

When you take in a dog, you definitely have to give them time to decompress.
The 1st month with Romeo had me questioning if I made the right choice in getting him.
Romeo became my soul dog.

7 Years ago I picked up a dog named Romeo.
I found him on a Craigslist add for $300
The pervious owner had him around a year.
She breeds show dog Danes.
Romeo had to much anxiety to be a show dog.
Romeo had a Mo hawk they considered an imperfect.
Romeo wouldn’t hang out with the other dogs.
So she put him back on Craigslist.
I told her about both my dogs passing away within 15 months of each other, and that’s why I was looking for another dog.
That’s when she said I could have him for free. 🥰
Romeo changed my life 49 days after this photo was taken.
7 years later my Best friend/Business partner is no longer here but we have stories that will last a lifetime.

Romeo was really photogenic but when I asked him to take a picture, this was the typical look I’d get from him.
