GSO Landscaping is looking to add members to its maintenance team. As one of the only zero-emissions maintenance divisions in Central Florida you would be working with some of the safest and quietest equipment in the industry. No more breathing exhaust fumes, ears ringing from 2-stroke engines or worn out arms from the unnecessary vibrations created by handheld equipment!

🌴 Do you work well with others and take pride in the work that you do? Have a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work? Can you handle working in adverse weather conditions and can lift up to 50 lbs? Can you handle towing a trailer and running maintenance equipment safely and efficiently? 🌺 JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- string trimming
- edging
- mowing
- shrub trimming/pruning
- w**d control/fertilization
- plant replacement
- hard-surface debris clearing (backpack blower)

🌴 Experience and proficiency is NOT REQUIRED but work ethic is!

🌺 Pay is based off of previous experience and/or your performance during the first two weeks. Most of the guys make $15-$16 an hour.

🌴 GSO is offering a seasonal bonus for anyone who works proficiently throughout the summer months, now thru November along with a paid week off during the months of November-April.

Looking for a part time maintenance member for our commercial properties. I have a guy going on vacation for 2 weeks and need to find someone to fill in while he is out.

This will lead to a full time position after the two weeks if applicant is proficient, professional and is looking to continue on with GSO Landscaping.

The pay for the two weeks will be $13 an hour and if applicant wishes to continue on the hourly pay will be negotiated off of the performance for the first two weeks and any prior experience in landscaping.

If you can run maintenance equipment proficiently, conduct yourself in a professional manner and deal with the extreme heat this position will lead to a full time job if that is what you want. And if not it’s a great way to make two weeks of pay.

Do you have VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE in operating a crew on both commercial and residential properties? This could be the opportunity you have been waiting for!

🌺 JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- management of a 4-6 person crew
- complete understanding of each properties’ maintenance routine and what needs to be completed each visit
- oversee and guarantee the completion of the day’s jobs
- work with the owner to schedule and plan the daily route and task to be completed

* Irrigation experience a plus and will be compensated appropriately (This experience again must be VERIFIABLE to receive the extra compensation)*
