Today I got the last beam built and then installed all the hangers. I did a cleanup and brought the floor joists from the front yard and place them on the deck, 2x10 ten and twenties footers.

Today I installed the membrane where the ledger board goes and the install the two ledger boards Ang lag it in the V pattern according to the building code. After that I installed the rim joist and a couple of joists to complete my day.

When I removed the siding yesterday to put the deck ledger board up I noticed there was a big wet spot on the sheathing in the kitchen and the storm door area. The homeowner wanted me to fix the problem so in these pictures you will notice what I had to do.
