Another satisfied Customer. This homeowner hired a contractor to level and add sills under her house. As you can see they did a terrible job. We came in and fixed all of the piers and sills that were leaning and not repaired properly. You can clearly see the before and after pictures.

Homeowner had a lot of sunken and leaning Piers which caused the house to be unlevel. There was also alot of broken joist. The broken joist was caused from a wall that was not supported. So we came in and leveled the house, replaced the piers, and also sistered new joist. We also added a new beam under the unsupported wall to level the house but also to prevent the wall from sagging or future damage.

This homeowner wanted us to install extra supports in-between his existing piers because of the Bowing of his sills overtime. Usually we would install concrete Piers but this homeowner wanted to be able to adjust the piers on his own if overtime settling secures. So we installed a solid base and a 4x4 post that was cut to exact length to take the bow out of the sill and floor inside the home. Here are some pictures.
