HAPPY MONDAY!
The job involved the replacement of the indoor furnace, evaporator coil, and condenser. The condensate drain, which had significant buildup, was also replaced and newly insulated. Safety switches were installed to prevent potential water damage. All components were securely sealed to guarantee optimal air quality.

A customer reported an issue with water dripping from the return onto their ceiling.

This situation may occur when refrigerant pressure is insufficient, leading to the freezing of the indoor evaporator coil. When this happens, the unit can overflow, resulting in water accumulation in undesired locations.

Landon responded promptly, thawed the ice, recharged the unit to appropriate refrigerant levels, and verified that the pressure readings were optimal for a well-functioning system.

Coil replacement for ya Friday!
The customer experienced problems due to a leaking coil. The old coil has been removed, replaced, and repositioned to the front side of the unit, facilitating easier access for maintenance. Additionally, the condensate drain has been shortened to reduce the likelihood of clogs and improve overall drainage efficiency. A safety switch has also been installed as a precautionary measure to shut down the system in the event of a clog, preventing potential flooding.
