Happy Birthday to Mrs. Register! 🎉🏡

Today was Selection Meeting #3 for the Register family, and we are excited to say we've officially finalized the details for their new custom home!

One of the most rewarding parts of this project has been working closely with the family to create a home that is both beautiful and functional. Together, we've carefully planned ADA-compliant features including accessible layouts, grab bars, and other thoughtful design elements to ensure comfort, safety, and independence for years to come.

It's always a privilege to help bring a family's vision to life, and we're honored to be part of the Register family's journey. We can't wait to see this special home come together!

More stunning details from our Gold Award-Winning custom home on Governors Way! ✨

The Parade judges named the kitchen the home’s Best Feature — and it’s easy to see why — but there are so many incredible design elements throughout this home that deserve attention. We’re especially loving the dramatic tile accent wall in the half bath, the organic textures and warm tones in the primary bathroom, the butcher block pantry counter, the tongue-and-groove coffered ceilings, and all of the thoughtful custom touches throughout.

Another exciting custom project is officially underway! Today we hosted a selections meeting for our customers as we begin bringing their vision for a one-of-a-kind gardening house to life. 🌿🏡

This is such a fun and refreshing project for our team to be part of. We love helping our customers create spaces that are not only beautiful, but tailored specifically to their lifestyle and passions.

We can’t wait to share the progress on this special custom build as it comes together!

Golden Construction cleaned up at the Parade of Homes Awards Banquet tonight, bringing home GOLD in both of our categories, along with the prestigious Realtor’s Choice Award for our Golden Loop listing!

A tremendous thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. From Governors Way to Golden Loop, both homes were truly spectacular and so deserving of this recognition. We couldn’t be more proud or grateful for the support, teamwork, and craftsmanship that made it all happen.
