Meet Tim — an essential part of our Croell, Inc. team who brings dedication, leadership, and a whole lot of heart to everything he does.
🛠️ Favorite part of the job: “Getting to know everyone I haul to and being able to maneuver my truck into places most can't.”
🏗️ Most interesting project: "The Lansing Bridge has been an interesting and exciting ongoing project I've been involved in."
💬 Advice to future team members: “Don't be afraid to join in and learn from new experiences such as helping contractors pour the concrete you deliver.”

🦌Hobbies: "I enjoy hunting, fishing, and farming!"

👏 Why Timothy was nominated: Tim is a Prime example of someone who isn't afraid to step in and help when needed! He meets challenges and new experiences with an open mind and a eagerness to learn. It's not uncommon to find him helping with everything from plant repairs and fabrication, truck repairs and maintenance, batching concrete to being one of the Top Haulers in his Region. Tim is a well-rounded employee willing to go above and beyond to help his team and achieve company goals.
