This siding project turned into a bigger project due to all the rotten wood we had to fix once we tore off the old siding. We had to tear off and rebuild the whole dining room besides reframe all the window openings.
This project went from a 2 week project to a 5 week project.

The Schumacher addition is all wrapped up but the carpeting which will be done mid July. This turned out really nice and owners are happy with it.

This was another project with our dedicated crew, awesome subcontractors: Richlen Excavating, Richlen Concrete & Foundations, Wenzel Electric, Total Comfort Heating & Cooling and YZ flooring.

Brooks project phase #3 was them wanting the basement remodeled. This included cutting in an egress window to make a bedroom, cutting up the concrete basement floor to install the drains for a full bathroom, office, rec-room, laundry room, storage room. There was all new electrical ran besides plumbing. New Framing, drywall, painting and flooring.

In collaboration with all of our great crew, our awesome subcontractors: Dama Plumbing & Heating, Bills Plastering’s, YZ flooring, Hard Rock Concrete Sawing & Coring we were able to get this done in a tight time window so they could celebrate the 4th more comfortably.

We would like to thank everyone involved as the owners were extremely happy when they came up Wednesday and seen they would be able to use the finished basement for the 4th of July weekend!

Interior Remodel,

Miagatter project is close to being totally done. This is a good size project and everyone has come together to get this on track once we were asked to be the General Contractor/Builder. Remind you we got brought in at the last moment in October and Started the framing on 11/6/2025
The painting and staining is being done on all the trim, windows and doors which started last week on phase 2 of the existing cabin renovation with a few things still needing done in the addition painting wise on trim. This has been a 85% gut because of water leaking for years before the Miagatters purchased this place. They’re turning it into their forever home up north retreat.
Phase 1 was adding on a 3500sf addition/garage/bonus room.
The stone work with start once we can get materials in when things dry up.

Tile work will be starting soon on the bathrooms, do washing station and great room.
