Got a slick surface or any surface you aren’t sure about paint bonding to? Here’s 3 quick and necessary tips -

1) Clean the surface. Remove all dirt, grease, grim, etc. It creates a barrier that prevents paint from doing its job.

2) LIGHTLY sand. 220+ or higher sand paper. Hit the entire surface to open up the surface to give the primer good adhesion points.

3 PRIME! Don’t fall for the “paint + primer” trap in this scenario. Paint and primer have 2 different jobs. A high quality adhesion primer, such as extreme bond primer, lays the foundation for a lasting paint job. Do your research and don’t skimp on a cheaper product!

When it comes to wearing down paint - the sun is undefeated. Make sure that at the first hint of paint failure to go ahead and get your maintenance painting done. The best way to fight against sun fading is staying ahead of the game!

Sometimes you finish up a job and forget to take any photos of your work. So just take our word that the last set of cabinets we finished turned out great!! I mean we may be a little biased but happy customers mean we are doing something right!

Finished this one up today in the historic district of ! Pretty good amount of prep work with it being such an older home but it turned out amazing. Customer decided to go with paint products and we can’t complain, they went on great!
