Fun facts about our AiA Cal award winning project…in order to keep the elevations nice and tidy…we utilized concealed gutters & downspouts, recessed HVAC equipment platform, and flush-face garage door.

San Gabriel bungalow court redux is complete and occupied with new tenants. Thanks for the beautiful pictures.
This is a SFD+ADU+ADU-jr all in one story buildings that are more accommodating for older residents (no stairs) and provides more access to yards while taking advantage of the mild increase in density to distribute cost and lower rents while seamlessly blending into the suburban context and limiting impact to neighbors…win win win win…
