What started as a simple drainage concern quickly turned into a much larger issue once we completed a full inspection. After meeting with the homeowner and discussing the best long-term solution, we were able to create a plan that completely transformed the exterior of the property.

This project included:
• Two 150-foot concrete block retaining walls
• Installation of 11 pallets of fresh sod
• A 4-foot wide by 70-foot long dry creek bed
• Tree removal and extensive whole property grading, excavation, and drainage.

Projects like this are about more than just improving a property — they’re about building lasting relationships with great customers. She noticed her tile was starting to crack, but little did she know there was over 8 inches of concrete underneath the floor causing major issues. We were able to fully remove the damaged flooring and concrete, rebuild the subfloor properly, and finish everything off with the installation of beautiful new tile.

Due to extensive erosion caused by improper drainage, this customer reached out to us for a long-term solution. We installed drainage boxes, a French drain system, and a dry creek bed to properly redirect water flow. To finish it off, we added fresh sod and pine straw for a clean, polished look.
