Wrapped up the patio roof project today! 40' x 24'. Very happy with how this project finished out!

Started a big patio roof additon this weekend. 24' x 40' with metal roof. Utilizing the sky lift roof system on the existing roof with a 3½" beam, 8x8 posts, and LVL's to span the distance to have minimal post obstructions! Should have it finished up by next weekend.

I always forget to get the initial picture. But, I finished up this laundry room remodel today. New cabinets and paint. Sink base and stainless steel deep sink, birch butcher block counter tops, butcher block shelf, and stained wainscoat on the back wall. Love this color combo.

Major water system upgrade today. Repaired original water heater, installed a second water heater for a parallel system with 100 gallon capacity, whole house filtration with 1 micron filters and pressure gauges, water softener system (awaiting delivery), bypasses on entire system, and converted 100' of cpvc pipe to copper pipe. Future plans of replacing all cpvc in the house to copper.

The wife wanted something to hang the stockings on, so I came up with something multipurpose. This will have hooks on the bottom of each rung to hang the stockings from, as well as serve as a quilt rack, and have shelves built to go over top of each rung to make it a year round piece that can be converted to whatever needs she has! Cedar with walnut wedges.
