**FALL AERATION** It's that time of the year to schedule your fall Aeration! First come, first serve. I will begin after labor day. If you are wanting dethatching, Please sign up early as you can. I would like begin those immediately due to taking extra time and doesn't slow down aeration schedule. Why not overseed and fertilize at the same time aeration?? No Brainer if lawn is thin. If I have done your lawn aeration in the past, the cost will be same or very close.. I'm typically $20 less Let my Ride on exmark pull perfect plugs in your lawn. Unlike a rental or a company, using walk behinds , this machine can be set at 5" plugs. And don't worry if ground is hard,.the exmark aerator also has an extra 2000lbs of down force that can be added. Why throw your money away and get 1" to 2" plugs(if that....) while you can save money and get what you pay for! Fits in any gate 36" or bigger. Sign up fast with with a comment here or pm. Finally Spring is here!

Crabgrass prevention is our first step to a better lawn. Appling crabgrass preventer with Dimension and slow release fertilizer will stop germination before you have a problem. If not treated, your lawn will have problems throughout the entire season. This application also controls and stops foxtail. Foxtail is typically a problem with newly sided homes and lots ready to build. (If dense, may take extra treatment)

Application time frames are as follows:

Crabgrass prevention with Dimension and slow release fertilizer
March 15th - April 15th

W**d control with fertilizer
April 23rd - May 31st

Grub control with fertilizer
June 23rd - July 14th (must apply when grubs lay eggs)

W**d control with fertilizer
August 7th - September 7th

Winterizer with fertilizer
October 23 - November 30th
