I absolutely LOVE cold water therapy. I discovered this therapy 18 months ago after I had a bad reaction to a vaccine. I started practicing the Wim Hof method, and immediately started feeling results. I've progressed and can now tolerate much colder water. Here is a video from yesterday in Rocky Mountain National Park laying down in a stream at 10,000 feet above sea level. The water was about 45 degrees. Super exhilarating. Very good for mental and physical health. Highly recommended for anyone with an interest in these things.
