Tell me your dad was a welder…without telling me…
I spent today picking new papers for our showroom sample library and for a few client homes. This textured gray with raised weld-bead lines has that industrial edge but still feels soft and livable. The builder side of my brain and the designer side are both happy.

Not to over react but I broke a nail. And I think I just need to call it for the year.

So honored to be included in this month’s issue of TileLetter ! 🙌 But I’m even more proud to see how far our Comunidad Latino initiative has come, and how much my friends have grown along the way.

It wasn’t that long ago that we were all just Facebook friends meeting for the first time at Coverings. Now these guys don’t just have a seat at the table, they built their own table! Harry Burgos joining the NTCA Board, Mauricio Rapalo chairing the new Comunidad Latino Committee, Star Tile & Surfaces LLC leading the translation work… I’m just so proud of all of you. 🥹

Thank you to the National Tile Contractors Assn and Elena Grant for believing in all of us and making space for everyone. Can’t wait to see what y’all have in store at Coverings 2027! 💙

Why would we move it when we can cut it and make it look like that.

Anyone else feel like asking for a refund of their 4 star hotel when the tile isn’t up to your standards? lol 🤪

You know you’re a designer when you get distracted by lighting at dinner! Lighting is absolutely everything - crazy how lighting can even affect the appearance of your food.
